Christmas is just around the corner so we decided to ask a few wonderful people from the country world what they wish for this year. There's everything from cars to luxury accessories, read on for some excellent inspiration.
Melanie Clarihew - Director of Mackenzie and George
What I would really love for Christmas is an extra hour in each day to give me time to enjoy the nice parts of running Mackenzie and George that I just don't get around to doing enough nowadays! Designing new products (although I did find some sneaky time for a couple of new lines that launched at The Cheltenham Festival), meeting with suppliers and drinking hot cups of coffee would be the top of the list!

Dear Father Christmas
As always, I've been an exceptionally good girl this year. Honest.
Topping my Christmas list is a beautiful taxidermy Zebra wall mount that I saw in an antiques shop that would go beautifully in my hallway. Failing that, there's a gorgeous pair of Chloe ankle boots on net-a-porter that I'd LOVE for Winter. However, I love simple pleasures, so would be totally happy at home, snuggled up next to our log burner, enjoying a large bottle of my favourite 'Monkey 47' gin whilst my feet are kept cosy in a pair of Evemy & Evemy alpaca socks.
Oh... I forgot, my naughty Labrador, Forrest, ate my Le Chameau wellington boots so I need another pair of Vierzons (size 4 please!)
Lots of love

Dear Father Christmas
As you know Christmas is my favourite day of the year, mostly for the food, although I guess that puts you out of a job doesn't it!
Anyway, this Christmas I would really like the Barbour Beadnell Jacket for cosy country walks, I tried it on last month and I fell in love. I would also like a Le Creuset casserole dish to make yummy stews, to devour after the before mentioned country walks. Last but not least a pair of the Evemy & Evemy Alpaca Lounge Socks for cosy winter nights in.
I think I've been reasonably well behaved this year, so I hope these things aren't too much to ask.
Rhea Freeman - Country and Equestrian Business Coach
I think I've been fairly good this year (!), so I was wondering if I could possibly have a Hiho Silver Create Your Own Cherry Roller bangle - that would be great. I think I'd like a mix of sterling silver and CZ purple beads... but can I let you know nearer the time, Santa? I change my mind on the combination quite frequently as there are SO many gorgeous options! A Mackenzie & George Navy Fedora (because it would help keep my hair under control at events and I think they look SO good on other people), and an Annabel Brocks Pelham Gilet in tweed are also on my wish list. They would be lovely. I mean, I'd quite like a new Audi Q7 too...and maybe Valegro as I adore that horse... but the first three would be superb.
A big thanks to all our contributors to this article.
