Delivery and Returns
All orders will be sent via Royal Mail. Please see below for delivery costs and timescales. If you require your delivery for a specific date (including next day delivery) and are concerned please do not hesitate to contact us. We aim to ship all items within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday). Please see below for delivery timescales.
UK parcels are sent via a ‘signed for’ service and will take 2-3 working days from dispatch to arrive.
International parcels are sent via a ‘tracked and signed for’ service and will take 5-7 working days from dispatch to arrive to Europe and 7-10 days to be delivered to the rest of the world.
Please note all parcels are shipped from the UK and recipients are responsible for additional taxes and customs fees. In the unfortunate event that your parcel was to get lost in the post, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns are available for 14 days after your item(s) have been received. Please email us (email@example.com) if you would like a refund or exchange and we will send you a form. It is advised that returns are sent via Royal Mail Special delivery. Evemy & Evemy cannot take responsibility for any returns which are lost or damaged in the post.
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know within 14 days.
